Matthew has recently qualified into the Company Commercial Team having completed his training contract with Steeles Law. Matthew has a broad range of knowledge from his work in various commercial teams and now advises on a wide range of commercial agreements including commercial agent, franchise and distribution agreements. Matthew also advises on company law and corporate matters as well as on procurement and construction work.
