Nigel is Steeles Law’s Senior Principal, originally joining the business in 1977. Head of our Corporate and Commercial Practices, he has substantial experience in advising clients in relation to acquisitions, divestitures, stock and asset purchases, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances general corporate and commercial law advice. Nigel is experienced in multi jurisdictional and cross board transactions, and in particular deals with a North American, European involvement. Nigel is also a Notary Public.
